Refund Policy

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. If you're in the EU, this is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to withdraw.

To start a return, email info@lugwidthbracelets.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the address to send it to. Please don't post anything back before you have that authorization.

Who pays return postage

Faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item: we pay, and we email you a prepaid label.

An item that doesn't match the specification we published: we pay.

Changed your mind: you pay return postage.

We do not charge a restocking fee, on any item, ever.

Refunds, exchanges and cancellations

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually posts it within a further 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges: happy to swap for a different size or finish at no extra cost while it's in stock. Email us first.

Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We ship a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Cancellations: cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
