Steel watch bracelets, described accurately.

We sell steel watch bracelets online to customers in the United States and the European Union. We don't manufacture them, and we'd rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.

What we actually do. We choose what to stock and we describe it by the numbers that decide whether it fits: lug width, end-piece shape, clasp type. A bracelet listed as 20 mm is 20 mm. If it matches what we published and still doesn't fit, return postage is on us.

What we don't claim. We don't manufacture anything and we don't own a workshop. No photograph on this site is staged to suggest we do. We're the people who chose this range, answer for it when something is wrong, and take it back if it isn't right.

Returns, plainly. Thirty days to return anything for a full refund. Faulty, damaged or wrong item, we pay the postage both ways. Changed your mind, you cover the return. No restocking fee.

Lug width is the gap between the lugs where the spring bar sits. It's the one number that decides whether a bracelet fits, so it's in every product name and every specification.

We tell you where it ships from

Bracelets ship from our partner workshop in China and usually arrive in 8 to 15 days.

We're upfront about import taxes

EU orders: import VAT and a courier handling fee may be charged by the carrier on delivery. This is collected by the carrier, not by us, and is not included in our prices. US orders: any import duties are covered by us.
